Challenge #56 - Surprise

Pour ce cinquante sixième challenge, nous vous proposons de réaliser votre page en respectant 3 contraintes : 

- intégrer des embellissements maison

- intégrer 1 photo avec une prise de vue atypique (plongée, contre plongée, effet de filé ou de bokeh...)

- votre page devra respectée une dominante de jaune. 

Enfin, vous trouverez également les interprétations de Cat123, Marinascrap, Mary (notre invitée CT de janvier) et Valou.

Cat 123 :

  

Que voilà un vrai défi. J'adore le jaune, j'adore prendre des photos. Donc il ne m'a pas été très difficile de trouver cette photo en contre-jour dans mon stock. Je l'aime particulièrement car elle marque bien les couleurs du ciel couchant en ce mois de janvier. Pour une fois, j'en ai bien saisi les nuances ! Je n'avais pas envie de fond en papier jaune alors j'ai choisi de partir d'un papier uni blanc et de créer mon fond en utilisant un masque et 3 encres jaunes différentes.  Non, le vrai défi, ce sont les embellissements maison .... il ne me semble pas avoir voté pour cette consigne, LOL !!! Mais elle est belle et bien là, et il fallait faire avec.  On peut déjà dire que mon fond est fait maison, non ??? LOL !!! Après quelques essais infructueux et ... pas très esthétiques, je dois l'avouer ...  j'ai opté pour ces plumes réalisées avec du fil et du masking tape. C'est très simple à faire et j'adore le rendu final ! Pour terminer la page et délimiter l'espace, j'ai ajouté, en haut à droite, du papier post-it plissé : une petite touche perso de plus !!!
Pas facile, mais faisable, à vous maintenant !!!!

That this is a real challenge. I love yellow, I love taking pictures . So it was not very difficult to find this photo against the light in my stock to me . I particularly like because it marks the colors of the sunset sky in January. For once , I have understood the nuances ! I did not want yellow background paper so I chose to start with a plain white paper and create my background using a mask and 3 different yellow inks. No, the real challenge is the home embellishments .... it does not seem to have voted for this set , LOL ! But it is beautiful and there, and it had to do with. We can already say that my background is homemade , right? ? LOL ! After several unsuccessful attempts and ... not very attractive, I must confess ... I chose these feathers made ​​with wire and masking tape . It's very simple to do and I love the final result ! To complete the page and define the space , I added , top right , paper post -it folded : a little personal touch more !

Not easy, but doable, you now! !

 

 

Marinascrap :

 

J'ai décidé de me lâcher sur le jaune, en créant mon fond avec de la gouache jaune plus ou moins diluée passée en plusieurs couches suivant les endroits. Pour la photo, j'ai décidé de choisir cette photo prise en très gros plan en posant l'appareil au ras de la table de cuisine. J'ai choisi aussi un format panoramique pour ma photo afin d'augmenter le gros plan. J'ai choisi de faire deux fanions dans le papier strié gris et de tamponner mon fond et mon titre avec de l'encre noire. Seul le masking tape n'est pas maison sur cette page...
J'ai pris énormément de plaisir à faire cette page, j'espère que vous en prendrez également en créant la vôtre !

I decided to let me go on the yellow, creating my background with yellow gouache more or less diluted passed several layers depending on the location. For the photo, I decided to choose this picture taken in very closeup by posing the camera flush to the kitchen table. I also chose a panoramic format for my photo to increase the closeup. I chose to make two flags in the gray striped paper and stamp my background and my title with black ink. Only masking tape is not homemade on this page ...

Mary (invitee CT 01/2014) : 

 

Pour ce challenge, j'ai choisi deux photos prises en contre-plongée: ce qui leur donne un petit côté original. J'ai associé du bleu pâle et du gris au jaune dominant pour rester dans la douceur. La contrainte "embellissements maison" m'a donné plus de fil à retordre ! J'ai plissé et cousu une chute de tissu comme première déco. Et pour la seconde, j'ai tracé une étoile au crayon dans le coin de ma page, puis percé le contour et l'intérieur à l'aide d'une aiguille (fameuse technique du piquage utilisée en maternelle).

For this challenge, I chose two photos taken low Angle: this gives them a little original side. I associated the pale blue and gray to dominant yellow to keep in the sweetness. "homemade embellishments" constraint gave me more life difficult! I folded and sewn scrap fabric as first decoration. And for the second, I drew a star with pencil in the corner of my page, and then pierced the outline and inside with a needle (famous stitching technique used in kindergarten).

 

 

Valou :

 

J'ai trouvé ce challenge très intéressant car je ne suis pas une grande adepte des embellissements maison lol. Mais j'avais dans mes tiroirs de la pâte fimo jaune et un moule avec lesquels j'ai pu réaliser le mot "love". Mon autre embellissement maison est la découpe "négatif" réalisé avec une perforatrice carrée et une bande de papier noir. J'ai choisi une photo en plongée, c'est à dire prise du dessus.

 

I found this challenge very interesting because I'm not a big fan of homemade embellishments lol. But I had in my drawers yellow Fimo and a mold with which I could make the word "love". My other homemade embellishments is "negative" cut realized with a square punch and a strip of black paper. I chose a photo high angle, ie taken from the top.
